Eventbrite - Spring into User Generated Content Marketing

Users create content for a variety of reasons: whether to share their experiences, build a connection with like-minded people, or entering a contest.
The beauty of UGC is that users run the show, so marketers don’t have to empty their pockets on campaigns that may or may not perform well.

Join us for a hands-on training for marketers, communicators and entrepreneurs.

This session will cover:
– What is user generated content (UGC)?
– How to leverage your users to create real, authentic content.
– The basic legalities of using UGC and how to obtain rights.
– How to identify your macro- and micro-influencers.
– Ways to kick-start your UGC strategy.

We’ll create a case study using the San Antonio Botanical Gardens.

All attendees will receive a free digital draft-copy of the “TINT Definitive Guide: Launching your UGC Strategy” before it is released to the public!

Limited seating in both sessions. Register today!

About the Trainer:

S. David Ramirez is the Marketing Events Manager for TINT, a user generated content platform that helps organizations display and curate beautiful, authentic content crafted by real people. His role brings together special events, outreach, and education as he advocates for UGC across the nation. He is a board member of the San Antonio River Walk Association, executive director of marketing at the San Japan anime convention, guest marketing instructor at the University of Texas at San Antonio Small Business Development Center, and a marketing mentor in the Break Fast and Launch culinary accelerator.

Mostly, he’s just a nerd. Talk to him about events, anime, or marketing.
